Service Continues Through Shelter In Place Order
Out of an abundance of caution, our lobby is closed to walk-in traffic. We’re still here to assist you remotely, or by appointment, with your transactions so you can focus on what matters most, taking care of your family and yourself. Please continue to use Online Banking and Mobile Banking to check your account balances, make transfers, pay bills, deposit checks and more. You can also call or email us when you need additional assistance.

Please be assured that we have activated our business continuity plan and remain prepared for unfortunate times like these. Mission City FCU has the financial strength to endure. In addition to that, your account is insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA and is backed by the full faith and credit of the United States.

At Mission City Federal Credit Union, the health and well-being of our members, volunteers, and employees is our highest priority. We understand that this is a time of great uncertainty and concern. The situation is evolving, so we are regularly monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in order to take the appropriate steps to operate as safely and effectively as possible while still providing service to you.
To that end, we strongly encourage those of you who frequently visit our branch to instead use our digital tools and mobile services for self-service banking whenever possible. You can access your accounts online or by using our mobile banking app or you can call us at (408) 244-5818 for assistance. If you have never enrolled in online access, or haven’t accessed it for an extended period of time, you’ll need to request access by phone or by email at email@example.com.
At this point, our branch remains open. We are taking diligent precautions to keep all work areas clean and disinfected. Should there be any changes to branch access, including closures, updates will be posted here. If you find yourself in need of an alternative, you can visit one of our Shared Branches.
